What to expect
Our registered dietitian nutritionist will assess your weight, BMI, laboratory values, and any other pertinent information prior to the first appointment. During the initial appointment, your goals, objectives, and reasons for wanting to make changes will be discussed. Next, she will delve into current lifestyle choices, including stress levels, sleep, energy, exercise, and GI function. We ask you to bring in a 2 or 3-day food diary to help assess your typical diet pattern and assess any areas for improvement. Finally, small and achievable goals will be set for our next visit!
