Bariatric Surgery Support Group

$10This is a safe environment where everyone can participate and ask questions regarding bariatric surgery.
The support group is open to patients who have undergone bariatric surgery as well as patients that are considering surgery.

Non-patients: First group free, $10 per group thereafter using COUPON CODE: FF10SSG
