How to Pay My Bill

You’ll receive a statement once a month. When you receive the statement, you will normally have about 30 days to pay the bill without any fees being added.

We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card.

Normally if you pay the bill in full, you will not be charged any interest or finance charges.

  • You can pay the bill by writing a check and mail it with the check and stub. Note there is a $25.00 fee for returned checks.
  • You can also pay by calling in your payment. Call 760-300-3647.  Our front desk person can process your payment over the phone and a receipt will be mailed to you.
  • You can also pay online. Go into our website, Go into Patient Access Portal.  If you have not registered online, you will be prompted to register.  From the dashboard, click “Pay Bill” and we can process your payment.
